Disconnect the Masimo Chip by pushing down on the tab to release and separate it from the sensor. Do not throw away the chip. Read the instructions on how to change sensors and re-install your chip.

If oxygen levels drop into Level 2 range, in addition to bedside and smartphone alarms, Emergency Contacts will receive a text message notification that your oxygen level is low. Some Alert Events are pre-configured based upon your Option selection. For COVID-19 and OTHER selections, the Alert Event can be customized by you or on the advice of your physician.
