You can wash your hands while wearing the Masimo W1. However, avoid submerging it in water, including wearing it in the shower or bath.

You can share your health data with family members or others. To do so, you can invite them to view your data on the Masimo SafetyNet App home screen. See the Quick Reference Guide for more information.

Your data can be accessed by healthcare professionals who have added you to a CareProgram™ via email or text invitation, as well as individuals to whom you have granted access to the Masimo SafetyNet App.

The Masimo W1 charging cable base must be seated flush with the watch to begin charging. Try flipping the charging base over; the Masimo W1 may need to be connected to the other side of the base if it does not sit flush.

The Masimo W1 will provide readings if the signal quality is clear. The placement of the watch on the wrist and how snugly it fits is important. If you are having difficulty obtaining readings ensure the bottom of the watch fully touches your wrist and cannot slide back and forth. Review the instructions in your Masimo W1 User Manual.
